Can Anyone Help Me?
When I got FROG last December I got a Companion Animal Purchase Card paper. Under a column called SKU is a number. Using this number, does anyone know if I went to Petco they could tell me where FROG came from?

I don't know if they will be able to find out where they got it from since it was most likely imported then given to a big dealer and finally to petco.

lol I doubt Petco could even tell you what species of horned frog you've got, much less exactly where he came from. They aren't known for being knowledgeable about the animals they sell.

Petco wont be able to answer that question for you. Your frog is most likely wild caught.

The frog most likely is from the Frog Ranch. There aren't many wild caught specimens entering the US for Pacman Frogs anymore aside from Ceratophrys cornuta.
