Looking for advice

Hello. My name is Ken, a new member here. I have recently become interested or should I say fascinated with some very little colorful frogs I have seen at a pet store. I am only in the gathering information phase right now but would like to know if anyone would know what kind of frogs these may have been because the kid at the store didn't. I would love to gather as much information as to what kind of frogs maybe good for beginners, but stay small and are colorful. I have a 75 gallon tank i would love to set up for this, but need to research on needs and habitat and such first.

Hello and welcome to the forums! I can't really give much advice since I don't know what kind of frog it is, but it sound like a poison dart frog. If so this forum has care sheets for some different types of dart frogs. I would check those out if that is what they are

Welcome to the frog forum ! I believe Strider is right and that they are poison dart frogs! Recommend not buying from store and instead either ordering from a reputable online breeder or a reptile show. There are many different species and the different colors cannot be kept together. A 75 could house about 5-7 darts comfortably depending on species. Check out our caresheets and dart frog forum for more info. A picture of the frogs you saw will also be appreciated
