Feeding Fish to Pacmans?

I want to have a diet as varied as possible for my Kirby. I heard a lot about parasites in fish, but would one hurt him, parasites or not? I always look at them when i go to get food for him but never really have the guts to get one for him.

There are frozen silversides, these are ok after defrosting, just don't feed feeder fish (gold fish) and similar.

Thanks . Not sure if he will take a dead animal though. It would be red mollies if i did get some but the fish don't really look that healthy so ill take your word for it.

The f/t silversides have a really strong smell. Mine generally hates anything pre-killed, but will actually unbury herself if she smells silversides.
