Default Help! Bacterial infection care RETF

    Tank - 10 gallon
Heat - 80 degrees day about 70 to 75 night
    Humidity - 70
Lots of live plants in tank
    I used a % 100 organic soil for substrate

So it appears my newly acquired Red-Eyed Leaf Frog has a bacterial infection, I will post some pics but I just force fed it a cricket (I ground the cricket to cricket paste and mixed with a tiny amount of pedialyte and fed through a syringe) and I do not want to disturb it. It has the standard white flecks or freckles I noticed those first thing and immediately looked it up. At first he
was quite lively and he tried to eat some crickets but failed to catch them, 2nd day he was slightly more mellow but still actively exploring his tank and still seemed interested in crickets.By the 3rd day I thought he had died until I put him in some warm water but he was so weak he could hardly move so I put him in a small feeder tank with a little bit of water and a heating pad underneath. The temps are about 85 degrees in this tank and i am unsure about humidity it is just a tiny carrier. Today is the 4th day I am assuming he has not eaten yet he is much skinnier then he first was and I noticed that when he turns dark green there are other white marks on his skin and a quick google search seems to point to a bacterial infection.
Information I am gathering online seems to be contradicting itself on every site I go to for treatment. My reptile/amphibian vet near me is very terrible and not really a trusted option.
So I am curious what I should do?
