Im thinking spring peeper (pseudacris crucifer). Their care is very simple and similar to the pacific chorus frog. Have you looked at our care sheet on the pacifics? It really helps!

Would you be able to send me a link in order to get to the care sheet? I'm new to this site, thanks!

I agree with Eli, looks like a spring peeper. I would remove the water, they only need it chin deep, otherwise they can drown.

You can follow this care sheet - Frog Forum - Pacific Chorus Frog but I wouldn't let the tank reach 75 for an extended period of time, 70 seems more to their liking.

They can have trouble acclimating to captivity, so it's good you got him as a tadpole. Right now, you will need to get him flightless fruit flies to eat. He'll probably eat those for several months.

Definitely a peeper! I keep one as well, they are soooo cute! I feed mine pinhead crickets - LOTS! mines a huge eater for such a little guy. If you have any questions, feel free to message me. I'm by no means an expert, but happy to share what I know
