Hey grats on your new frog! I feel like I keewp saying this so forgive me, but I am not a pacman keeper. I only know what I have read on the forums and I can honestly say I don't read that much about pacmans.
I will summon you a pacman expert though He/she is super cute!
I think the tank is big for him. Pacmans get stressed out when their homes are so much larger than they are. At his size you probably want to but him in a critter keeper inside the bigger tank so he feels all secure and safe, but again. I am not an expert. Hang tight. I am gona go find someone

Lol Paul... Ill take it! And it seems you are getting right on over there!
congrats on getting this little cutie, very pretty guy!
Paul is right, the tank is too big, too open too. The best for you is to get a critter keeper and put it inside this tank. That will help to keep everything stable in there. Cover 3 sides of it with smth, hang a plant or two to create a hide of sorts. This will help him feel safer and be ready to eat and grow.

Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
I read the caresheet before getting him I dont drive so getting a critter keeper would not be an easy endeavor.
I would definitely add some artificial plants for hides. A tiny baby like that would feel really vulnerable in so much open space. You can easily buy kritter keepers online http://www.amazon.com/Lees-Kritter-K...kritter+keeper
If you aren't willing to get a kritter keeper you could at least section off a portion of the tank to put the frog in a more enclosed space. You will also want to put some covers on at least 1 side of the tank.
It's a good start that you read the caresheet. You will also pick up a lot of info by reading the posts of others on here. You will find that most pacman keepers start their babies in kritter keepers within a 10g.
Good luck, you have a cute frog.
