Hello. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if my African bull frog is a giant or dwarf. When I got him about 14 months ago he was 2 inches vent to snout. Now he is 5 inches. Here are a few pictures of him. Thanks
Giant. There is no interorbital bar, this feature distinguishes a dwarf from a giant.

Looks like GABF to me too. Still a bit small for a 14 month GABF I'd say. What is the frog's diet like (type and schedule)? Maybe previous caretaker did not fed it all food it would consume; they are voracious eaters and if fed well, show rapid growth their first year in life .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
That was actually going to be my next question. I feed him 3 times a week and give him/her rep-cal covered crickets(no phosphorus). I also feed him waxworms, butter worms, earthworms, and super worms, nit as much as crickets. Am I feeding him correctly? I have never owned a frog before and this one is a rescue.
Main diet should be earthworms (i.e. not dyed night crawlers). You can add gut loaded crickets sized same as distance between frog's eyes. As for the other beetle worms; they are fatty and can lead to impaction. Good luck !
