I collected about 100 tadpoles from a friends pond in CO. To my surprise I only lost 3 of them, and now have tons of tiny frogs. I have them set up in a terrarium eating fruit flies until they're a little bigger for release. I have been searching everywhere I can to figure out what the species is, and I'm lost, truly lost. They don't seem to fit perfectly in anything I've found. Hopefully these pics help, thanks so much in advance!

Well, guess I now know why I couldn't find out what FROG species it was! These guys are teeny tiny, maybe a third to half an inch, that's normal?
Yes. They will now grow very fast to adulthood. At about 3/4 inch i would say they will be able to take care of themselves

So this is what I bought for my "frogs". There is one little guy/girl with only one back leg that I've been babying, and we'll keep. What do I need to change to make it a suitable environment?
Your habitat looks pretty good for the most part. I would buy some cork bark or reptile log or cave to give them someplace to hide. I have included a pic of my tank. Toad tanks are very simple. They only require three things in their tank. Water, at least three inches of substrate, and plenty of places to hide. Live plants, while they look nice, are often destroyed when the toad reaches adulthood and begins burying. I have one in my tank and because mine arent big enough yet to do damage it has remained intact. It's already there though. Remember to dust their food with calcium+vitamin d3 powder at least every other feeding. Good luck!
