I just bought a whites tree frog and I read about the glass bowl idea for feeding crickets. I was wondering if you could do the same thing with a glass jar. Just put it in there and put some crickets in it and let him go to town. Will my frog actually climb inside the jar to eat them or does it need to be a short jar or bowl. Also how often and how many crickets should I feed him?
Be the change that you want to see in the world.
A lot of frogs will be fearful of actually climbing into the jar. More likely your frog will sit outside the jar and try to get them through the glass. How often and how many crickets you should feed depends on the age/size of your frog.
