    Angry Crickets and Cricket Keeping

I am not sure if I am posting in the proper area, but I was wondering what kind of cricket keepers everyone is using for their pets.
I am not sure of the brand, but mine is tiny and has a green top and is from Exo Terra or Lees Cricket Keeper (?) I believe, and crickets are constantly escaping from them. I bought 40 crickets for my Red Eyed Tree Frogs and I only have about 15 left! And I only bought them a few days ago. I only used 5 of them. UGH.
So does anyone have any ideas on how to keep crickets from hopping all over my house and driving my cat insane?

Just use a fish tank with a ventilated lid, they can't climb the glass so it's perfect. But be sure to clean them out frequently as it can smell pretty bad. They are pretty cheap I think you can get them for like $20. And that way it's certain they can't escape, however with pin heads and week old ones it's different with those smear Vaseline around the top of the tank and put a piece of damp kitchen towel on top for ventilation.

I use plastic tubs. They can't climb the side of those either. I melt holes into the lid using an old fork heated up using my gas stove. Works perfectly.
