I've upgraded my abf water dish to a pond. I use a 25g Rubbermaid container. I plan on having the filter on the bottom then having a screen above it so the frog cannot reach it. Also, i plan on adding branches and water plants for him to sit on so it's not so deep. There's a ramp in and out. I have no idea where to begin deciding on submersible filters.... Does anyone have experience with these?
I use submersibles all the time. They are all pretty much equal. As long as they hold a decent amount of filter media, then they will work. Personally, I am partial to the fluval filters, but that's just a personal preference.
