Default Sick Gecko! Not eating, help!

You realy gonna have to be more specific on this one, but yes, she does look to be in bad condition.

    Please try answering following questions...

How old is the gecko and how long has he kept it?
    How large is the enclosure?
Does it have a heatpad under it?
    Does it have overhead lighting?
How many hides are in there? Warm, humid and dry ones...
What are the temps and the humidity?
    What is he feeding it?
What kind of vitamin suplementation does he offer?
Is there calcium in the enclosure 24/7?If yes, with or whitouth D3?
When was the last time it ate?
Is it producing any fecal matter? If yes, how does it look like?
Does it belly feel hard and swollen or is it normal?
    Does it breath normaly?
What kind of substrate is used? Based on the pic we presume it's some sort of carpet like material?
    ...

Any additional info or pictures can help.
We also suggest you to ask for help at a specialised gecko forum, and our first advice at this time has to be taking it to a qualified vet as soon as possible.
They are hardy animals but if not taken proper care they can perish very quickly.

    Good luck.

First off sorry to hear about this I just went through the same thing earlier this year, it looks really skinny so I'm guessing it hasn't eaten for a long time.In my opinion you should take it to the vets ASAP as if it's something that can be treated it will have a better fighting chance. But one major killer is crypto which I lost my yearling Ember to, it's nearly non curable but reps have been known to live with it for long periods. I would try and keep it warm and comfortable and force feed by gently pressing down on its bottom lips and allowing it to clamp onto your finger. I went through this as I said earlier and I looked up every possible ailment she could've been suffering but the only person that you can rely on for an accurate diagnose of the situation is a vet. In the mean time I think you can get A and D dog food from the vet.
