So I noticed just noticed Camo is limping he has movement in the right front leg but doesn't move with it, also he isn't pooping, could it be impaction, constipation.
What could I do to make the little guy poop I'm shure he has to go, please help I don't want to lose him
Right ive done my research im not a pro but its a very common problem very rare for a pacman to breach its leg.. it's an infection due to lack of calcium is there large mass around that leg i would take him to the vet to make him poop you want to put him in a bowl or anything that holds water 1.add shallow Luke warm water 2. Add one drop of honey and mix let camo soak for 15-20 mins hope i could help i dont want u to lose him !! good luck
K, I called my friend who's dealt with this, he told me if he hasn't pooped its probly impaction I was told the water thing too he uses the leg just not that great, he is soaking now to my friends request and the wife is buying mineral oil it an enama night for me
Please do not use mineral oil on frog! When was the last time Camo pooped? Answering the below posted questions will help figure out what is the problem with the leg. Thank you !

Took him out of his 45 soak he is moving around and using his right leg. Seems to be doing good now that he has had the soak in warm water. The limb is even out from under him.
Still want to know a good way to get him to poop he still hasn't gone. Thanks
Dan
Glad i could help good luck with camo
Thanks I just need him to poop
Can you please post a pic of a frog from top, i just wanna make sure he is not bloated. It is possible he us pooping, but burrowing it
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
. I'd like to add... I found out he isn't impacted I had a vet come by nabor of mine he works on all animals, he said the limp isn't actuly a limp he has use of the leg he is just clumsy, also there is no impact on that he could feel i n his tummy, he said he is most likely stressed out from moving him to the new cage I need to keep an eye on him, he said if I didn't see poop he isn't going, stress or like you said Lima he is pooping when he hides"herring it under the substrate. He told me to keep an eye on him and it could take a few weeks for him to acumate to his new home.
PS. That pic was taken last night
Thank god lil camo is all alright in the next few weeks he should get used to his awesome mansion
Yah I hope so, he's a good lil frog and the doc found nothing wrong with him in gen.
Need to ensure the day temp. is 82-84F with a few degree drop at night. Low temps can induce permanent kidney and lymph heart damage which will result in bloating symptoms and a short life.
4 days without poop for a Pacman is within normalcy. Would not worry unless week and a half or two weeks go by. When they change burrow is time to check around the old one for a buried poop.
It would be good to supplement it's diet with not dyed night crawlers (from Walmart or local bait shop). Can cut them same as frog's length until it's 3.5 in., then can feed whole ones. Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
K so I covered half the top with a price of cardboard and black duct tape to bring the temp up
Try in earthworms he won't take them
It sometimes takes awhile for them to get used to worms. Try rubbing the worm against his lips.
