    Exclamation ADF with Bloat

Hi everyone. I am new here and need some help. I have 5 ADF's (2 tanks) and all seemed well until today when I went to feed the 3 in my daughters tank and one is bloated. My water parameters are good (0-0-20), I feed frozen bloodworms and frozen mysis shrimp every other day. I'm not sure what to do about him. Any help is greatly appreciated... I've had him for about two months.

Size: 70.9 KBThis is what he looks like... any help please? I don't want him to suffer needlessly. I added salt to the tank (in a small dose) and now I've isolated him from the others. He isn't necessarily getting worse, but he's not getting better. He can still swim around but he's quite lethargic and not spazzy like ADF's can be (if you know what I mean... they always look like they should be getting places faster than they do lol).

Sadly with these frogs when they develop dropsy/bloat I do not think there is much you can do to treat them. The condition is usually fatal in ADF.

I believe that the frozen bloodworms cause bloat in ADFs. I use to keep them in the past. I didn't use bloodworms but I tried them once and had 3 frogs get bloat before the pack was gone. Usually when ADFs get bloat it is fatal IME. Glad to see another Edmontonian on here by the way. Welcome to the forum.
