It sounds like your frog may be going through a period of estivation. Just make sure you keep fresh water in the tank at all times! I hope this helps!

Estivation happens either when it is too hot, cold, or dry. It just depends, it will eventually come out Does it look like it is incased in plastic? If you could show a pic that would be great

When you get ready to breed them they can stay like this for a couple of months. Also, I would reccomend not killing the food or stunning it unless it has a hard time eating it. I would try some live food and see if that works. I hope this helps!

Do you have alot of decoration in your tank? I noticed some of my frogs burrowed themselves alot, but when I added plants and leaves, they started staying up more.
Frogs don't hibernate unless they are too cold or too dry, if your readings are correct, he shouldn't be hibernating. My advice would be to dig him up and give him a lukewarm dechlorinated bath for 30 minutes, then put him back and try feeding him.
Always kill prey like rodents, never take chances with your frogs health, all it takes is one wrong grab to lose an eye.

I would kill prey like rodents but not crickets or roaches. I would try that and see if that helps. I hope this helps!

Dave - do you have picture if the frog? And its enclosure?
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
