Default Seachems pond matrix in filter

How much seachems pond matrix should i put in a 2213 classic eheim canister. The seachems website sais use 1 liter of pond matrix for every 100 gallons of water. I will be dealing with about 10 gallons of water in my pyxie frog tank so that means 1/10 of a liter in my filter?? It doesnt sound right. Would it hurt if i put more media then recomended in my eheim? I guess the more media to clean water and house beneficial bacteria the better. Right?

You can fill in all the trays with no detriment to filter system. Bacteria population will adjust itself to the food source available (mostly frog pee = urea).
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
