He's only using one transparent eyelid and I can see him struggle to open that eye but he can't. I think there's something in it but I can't see anything. Is there anyway for me to help him?
Recommend take the toad to a herp veterinary. An untreated infection can lead to blindness. Also, check enclosure and remove any sharp or pointed decor that could injure your Toad. Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
Untreated could also lead to infection that could get into the blood stream and kill the toad also. Def take it for medical treatment.

Try very gently trickling dechlorinated or spring water over the eye to see if it resolves the issue. It could be a piece of substrate in his eye.
If there is discoloration or he continues to not be able to open it, it might be a bigger problem. Do you have any photos?

I don't. There was and is no discolouration. His eye is fine now. There was probably just substrate particles or something in his eye. He is fine now thanks everyone
