One in the middle
Could have been rubbing it up against something in the enclosure. I would probably still separate the frog from the others though just in case if it is something bad. Also the frog on top has some big eyes. Cute to.
Yeah sounds good. The one on top is a big eyed tree frog.
I would start by getting each species in separate tanks. The issues you've had lately with your frogs could be stress or toxins from being housed with frogs they aren't supposed to be with. Also, I'm not sure how well your tank is fitting their individual needs properly. If it us the same tree frog you've has issues with in the past, I would get into the vet. If you can't get separate tanks, I'd consider rehoming all but 1 species or you're going to continue having issues.
2.0.3 Hyla versicolor "Eastern Gray Tree Frogs"
2.2.0 Agalychnis callidryas "Red Eyed Tree Frogs"
0.0.3 Dendrobates auratus "Turquoise and Bronze"
0.0.1 Anaxyrus fowleri "Fowler's Toad"
No these are different frogs than the one with the parasite.
