I figured I'd start a brand new thread on this since I'm having a hard time finding it on my own. I apologize if this has already been asked and I'm being redundant.
What are the best water parameters for ACF? My main concerns are: GH, KH, pH, and nitrates.
I read that <25 ppm of nitrates is ok. But GH and KH confuse me. My pH is 7.5 and I'm wondering if that is too high.
I appreciate any help you can give me.
Thanks!
Where GH, KH, and PH are concerned the single most important thing is stability. Your frogs and all if iur frogs are basically from " our locals" now do to pet store and previous owner acclimation. Once those three parameters are set keep them stable. Ammonia and Nitrite are the deadly things you need to worry about. No amount is "safe".
