Just before I got into having frogs I was watching YouTube videos and I had this one as a favorite for a long while.
But they have no heat source that I can see. Isn't keeping them this way bad?

Usually people with rack systems have some sort of heat lined behind the back of the drawers, this guy seems like he knows what he's doing, so this should be fine.
He may have heat pads connected on the black of the racks. No clue though. There looks to be a lid on the top as well.
Looks like some of those frogs have moss in their enclosure. Not sure how good of an idea that is though..
You say this is one of your favourite videos. I hope you don't get into the frog hobby just to feed live rodents to your frog?
There's absolutely no reason for live feedings of mice and rats other then the satisfaction of the owners.
That's good advice. Nobody told me that as a kid when I got ahold of my first snake. I watched in horror as the mouse danced around the sluggish snake and bit it all over the face and such. Very painful looking. Eventually had to separate the mouse and stun it before feeding the snake. And I stunned the rest there after. These days folks tell me that's pretty cruel too, so I'd go with the CO2 method, or the pre-frozen method, IF you want to feed these guys rodents.
This guy might be a breeder but I don't like his system at all.
I use rack systems myself, all my frogs have no moss, a waterdish, some green and lighting from the back, and I don't feed live rodents.
While he might be a breeder, he's clearly got a few things to learn about these animals.
