I have an over abundance of golden D. hydei in my culture. When feeding my toads, a lot of the flies fell into the tank. Way more than I have ever put in there before. So the question is-
Will it be harmful to my toads to leave these flies in with them until they eat them?
They are fine. They might irritate the frogs a bit but will get eaten. They can't hurt them if that's what your worried about. Very small dart frog froglets can get stressed out by flies crawling all over them but I haven't had that happen either.
That's exactly what i wanted to know. Thanks for the help.
My stelzneri would have them all taken care on in 24 hours. What little pigs!
