are they big enough to move?

A friend just sent me two 1/2 inch adf ... I am wondering if they will be big enough for my 5 gallon ... its also my shrimp tank lol so it has VERY fine sand ( can't even fill the granules) two marimo and two anubias and I am ordering some other things and for the frogs I will get terra cotta pots and a little terra cotta plate

Any idea how big they need to be to be moved over? I don't wanna put them in danger.
