Is this a good setup for an ornate horned frog? It's a 10 gallon aquarium. The drainage layer is Zoomed hydroballs and the top layer is eco earth. The temperature is in the low 80s to very high 70s in the land portion and high 70s around the water section. I got a huge water dish because I heard pacman frogs can get really big. Any suggestions? And should I get a smaller water dish?

good guide to these frogs, my opinion, I am a new owner of these, but the leca / eco earth thing I don't think is a good idea, these frog love to burrow and will eat anything that will fit in their mouths, you will probably be better off just with eco earth. With the temp mine is gradient now, about 81-82 at the heat source and about 79 near the bowl. With night drops at about 76 or so
Almost forgot.. if you are getting one smaller then 3" in length you may want to get a critter keeper ( med size ) to help them feel a bit secure and to help with them catching their food. Just my opinion.
