Sexing my new guy/girl!

Still a little young to sex accurately. You'll need to take some good profile shots.

Your frog's substrate looks a little dry in the pics. You might want to moisten it up some. There should never be actual dry areas in the tank.

So the one in the middle is the one from the earlier pics... If anyone wants to try to take a guess for fun! the two on the outside is my second frog! No idea what either sex may be lol.

Looks like a male to me, but time will tell.

Your new one is a boy. As for your first one it's a tough call, so far it looks like a female but do post pictures again in a few weeks.

I never get tired of searching through forums looking for growth progress on these little guys. Since I have a lot of time on my hands and take them out to clean the enclosure, I've decided to do a lot of pic updates on the two bullfrogs so others searching can see two frogs grow up to adults with pics! Here is the second frog ( Pancake ) today on feb 02 for a quick moment during the clean!

And here is Jabba. This is the one from the top of the thread and the first guy I purchased. Jabba got me hooked because hes pretty mellow and is easy to handle when I have to separate him to clean his enclosure. More to come on these two frogs every couple weeks!

Agreed^^^ but hey griff the one you thought of mine was male actually is deffinetly a female. I'll post pics of how big piggy and Penelope are tomorrow

Great news for me that Jabba is a girl! Now to wait a little longer and take more pics to see what pancake may be. One of each sex would be pretty great

agree on that, or if he is mad and all puffed off
that might be a boy and it kinda looks this way to me, but as i learned myself it is better not to rush into assumptions too early, just wait the frog still looks very young.

And here is the beautiful Patty Cake! This one is very calm and doesn't jump all over the place like Jabba. I really like his/her color and markings.

Very attractive GABF! Don't be surprised if your Patty Cake starts croaking one day .
