Venus Fly Trap

Since my WTFs frograrium is warm and humid, would it be OK to put a Venus Fly Trap in there?
My brain is telling me it should be OK, no froggie danger, but that's why I'm asking.

No. For one, VFT's require a dormancy period, which means the plant would need to be removed temporarily. Also, I believe the lighting would be too intense for it.

As far as it being a carnivorous plant, it's not an issue. The term carnivorous is kind of misleading. None of the carnivorous plant families pose a danger to frogs or froglets.

Thanks. I thought this might work out well in my adult life since they never lasted long for me as a kid. Oh well.

You can always grow them on a windowsill and place them in the fridge for a dormancy period. That's about the extent of my VFT knowledge however. Lol Grif can really give you a LOT more info on them, I am sure.
