Lost "Lucy" my tomato frog

I lost Lucy my adult Tomato Frog I've had Lucy quite a while, I'm not sure what happened. Her temps were good, she was a great eater and seemed so happy. There were no changes to anything, I woke up and found her sitting in the middle of he enclosure dead.

Ill miss having her, Ill wait a bit and then start looking for another.
