Did you recently change his food to dubias? Try a different food item to see if your frog responds to that.

Looks to me like his right side is a little swollen, has he pooped recently? Or has it been a while ago? If it's been a while give him a luke warm soak, up to his chin with 3 drops of honey for 30 minutes.

Are you sure you are lighting him enough? He still needs a cycle. I have lights on from 8am - 8pm, they are fed at 10pm.
I'd remove those small rocks from the waterdish if I was you, pacmans can eat those small stones and will be unable to pass them, even when not feeding near the bowl, there have been cases where a pacman kept eating more and more and needed a surgery in the end. If the plastic is too high, cut a piece of it off and sand it down with sandpaper.
The rest of the tub seems fine, but we need temperatures you are keeping him at. He needs to be at 82°+- faerenheit during the day and 76°+- at night.
Try to give us as much information from the list as you can, it's really important.

It get's cold this time of the year at your location. What is the day temperature and humidity level in the enclosure close to the substrate? Thank you !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

Absolutely not. Give him some more time. These frogs can go quite a while without food and force feeding is very stressfull for these animals. Have you tryed coaxing him? (rubbing the prey gently on his lower lip from side to side.)

Think force feeding is a last case scenario due to stress it causes to frog. If frog has not pooped there is possibility it's impacted. How large where the Dubia's compared to the distance between frog's eyes? If larger and specially if males with wings; frog might be impacted.

Recommend give it a bath in a small critter keeper or plastic bowl with a holed up top. Use dechlorinated 80F tap water with a couple drops of honey for 20 minutes in chin deep solution. Once frog is in bath, cover with small towel and let it relax. After 20 minutes remove solution and replace with 80F dechlorinated tap for another 20 minute rinse.

If frog poops; remove it and place it in it's enclosure water bath. If it does not; repeat daily until it does. Also; offer night crawlers once it poops and raise the enclosure temp between 82 to 84F during the day. Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
