Questions about my frogs behavior

Hello; I have two ACFs (Om and Nom) both are female and a little over seven months old. I just changed the water in their tank and when I put them in they started swimming really fast and jumping up from the water. Is this a problem or are they just exploring and being happy? I took a little water out to make sure they were able to swim up to breathe but they are still jumping around and swimming...what's going on?

Is the temp of the new water the same as the old one? It could either be too cold or too warm for them causing them to act up

It's about the same; maybe on the warm side. Should I just add in some cooler water?

I just realized that was a dumb question (yay lack of sleep). I put some of the water from the dank in a jar and let it sit for the night then poured it in
