Normally they will refuse food if the need to poop. You could uncover the frog and place the frog in it's water dish.

How long you've kept the frog if never seen poop? Be aware some Pacmans bury their poop, usually can find in their last bury hole when they move to new location .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

If healthy, a week or 2 without food isn't going to kill it. If you have no poop for 3 weeks; recommend do a honey bath. You will need a small critter keeper or a plastic bowl with a holed up top.

Prepare solution by adding a couple drops of honey into 80F dechlorinated tap water to frog's chin depth. Gently place frog in bath and cover with cloth like a small towel to help keep temps up and help frog relax. After 20 minutes, drain solution out and replace with a 80F dechlorinated tap rinse, again to frogs chin depth for another 20 min.

If frog's poops; you are done; if not repeat daily until it does. While frog is at bath is a good time to search it's cage for poop. A plastic fork or similar is a good tool for that. You are looking for a cigar shaped turd about same size as frog's snout to vent length .

I found something that looked like a bit of a cigar shaped but washed it under the tap get all the coco fibre of it and it just disintegrated think It was just whole coco fibre in that shape buried

done what you said with the bathing and nothing least it was clean for 5 minutes and now probs hyrated even know it was already haha now buring its self again in the usual spot even know I filled every where back In and mixed up the substrate, so haven't unsettled him as I know when it is like when he got delivered it he/she jumps a the side of the tank

If it was cigar shaped it was most likely poop. Poop disintegrates easely depending on the diet of the frog. For instance, I feed mainly nightcrawlers, dubias & locusts. Of the nightcrawlers and dubias, I don't see anything in the poop, but from the locusts I recognize tiny parts.
It's easy to check if your frog has to poop or not, just take a look at the frogs right side, is it bigger then the left? If your in doubt, still give a honey bath, theres no damage doing one anyway.
