Hello and welcome to FF Nicole ! To try and ID those frogs will need clear pictures from the side and top. Only frogs I know with the name "Dwarf" are the aquatic African Dwarf Frogs, and those look very different from them.
Hi all,
my name is Nicole and I live in BC Canada, about an hour outside of Vancouver. I wonder if anyone could help me identify this species, our pet store has them labelled as only 'dwarf frogs' and they are about the size of my thumbnail

Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
Hi nicoli and welcome to the forum Ive seen these frogs a long time ago, they
are rice paddy floating frogs (Occidogyza spc.), they only mature at one inch and require 50/50 land
to water ratio.
