ive never heard of glow frogs before but ive heard of glow fish before, its not
natural among fish but its injected jellyfish hormone to cause the fish to glow,
im not sure if it would work for frogs though, Is the frog just neon colored or
is it actually glowing, ive never seen these before.

I'm pretty sure the frogs your talking about are albino African clawed frogs that have been injected/dipped in toxic dyes, it's a cruel process that significantly shortens the frogs life span. I've heard most of them live for only about a year.

Unfortunately this is a common thing in Asia.
Next time you go there take pictures of the frogs discretely
Normally I think that peta goes a bit far but this needs attention.
This needs to be reported and stopped.
