Default Questions about taking frog to the vet..

I have some questions about a vet visit the lady that answered the phone said it would be a 30$ walk in and maybe around 100$ or more depending on what was wrong with the frog. Any one know how much a scan would cost to see if he was impacted or how much baytril or metronidizol would be? I dont know about fecal because he hasnt pooped. what else do they do when you take the frog to the vet?

My frog finally has an appointment tomorrow morning they were backed up at the vet and christmas messed things up. He looks pretty good, he is just skinny his skin looks good and eyes are clear. I have been giving him pedialyte and honey baths everyday. he just wont eat, i tried to force feed him but i figure the stress right now would be too much for him. and i tried the shedding trick but he caught on and stops shedding and backs up and turns his nose up a the cricket. i saw on here that frogs go sometimes up to 7 weeks without eating its only been maybe 3ish for him i hope he's not too far gone to help. oh and you wouldnt believe how many vets dont take frogs.. well you guys know. we need more herp vets!

well after feeding him the laxatives and him pooing out small amounts of stuff on new years he pooped out cricket chitin, my guess is i fed him crickets that were too hard on his stomach too old. He is recovering now and he has even started eating again these were 3/4 inch to start with. also i am still giving him pedialyte baths to give him some energy. woo still not out of the woods but he is recovering. the vet forgot to call back he is in emergency surgery atm still awaiting his call
