Hi FF, ive recently visited the Vancouver aquarium and wanted to take some pics of the awesome collection of frogs they have But one thing i noticed that was kinda fishy was that in the Yellow dart frog (Phyllobates Terrebilis) exhibit they were all Bicolors (Phyllobates Bicolor) I understand this could be a common mistake but would it reflect on the laws on the ownership of these frogs in BC/AL? (I noticed that they were bicolors by the darkness on the toes.)
