    Default Hello all

Hi, my name is Greg, Im from Muncy, PA USA. New to the forum and fairly new to keeping frogs. Of course I always had pet frogs as a kid, but got away from it as I grew. I got interested again last year and I purchased a pair of Red-eyes. I also just ordered a few Leptopelis uluguruenis (ruby eye) that should arrive in the morning. Cant wait!

While I'm here- Ive been searching for new species of tree frogs to add but many sites are dart frog specific. Others only have a few tree frog species and usually out of stock. Can anyone direct me to good online tree frog suppliers with inventory and a "real" selection?

    Greg

Hello and welcome to FF Greg! Not to rain on your excitement; but please do a strict quarantine on the Ruby Eyes and keep them as far as possible (different rooms and different floors if possible) from your other amphibs until you have tested for Chytrid fungus and get two negative fecals done two weeks apart. Do not share anything between frogs and wash your hands well before and after handling them or anything in their enclosure. Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
