I know both add beneficial bacteria, but would they cancel each other out?
I really want to purchase lymnozyme for the reason of preventing redleg and other infections in the enclosure.
also I want to know if using both products may be wasting my time as they are doing the same thing.

The best prevention of red leg is proper care, water volume, and maintenance. I wouldn't rely on chemicals, only medicate if necessary.

The main objective of marketing is to convince you that you need a product that in reality you don't.
When it comes to aquarium keeping, believe me you do not need half the products people claim you do. Most are snake oil. I'm sure Lymnozyme has it's purpose but as far as regular maintenance? Absolutely not a necessity.
You need a fish tank of adequate size, a proper filter, tap water conditioner (such as Prime), partial water changes done weekly and maintain proper water conditions (temperature, nitrate, ect) and to feed your frogs a proper diet. That is all these frogs need.
Thanks a lot! I take good care of their water and make sure that nothing gets too high (or low), including temperature.
I should have learned this lesson when I got sold a $20 bottle of a product I did not need (It did what stability does, only much slower and much more pricey).
But thanks for the reassurance. It seems I am doing everything right! P:
