Heating Question

Alright so I currently have a heat mat on the side of my tank and a 5.0 UVB fluorescent bulb on the top of my tank, and the house temp is about 71 degrees but my cage still doesnt heat up to much more than 75 degrees so are there any suggestions as to how to raise the temp to that magical 82 degrees area?

What substrate are you using? How often do you mist? What's the air flow like?

coco bricks for substrate, which is nice and damp. I mist about 3 - 4 times daily to keep that 70% - 80% range. I have the lamp hood covering half the top and a wet towel covering another quarter so only 1/4th of the screen is open
