    Default Night & Day Cycles

    H i everybody I have a crested gecko, pacman frog, and a few red belly toads there are in my office and I work till 11:00 pm or so,
    do i cover these guy while I have the lights on ? thanks for any help !

    Hi the lights are on just before dark, my frogs are in my home office sometimes its after midnight before I am done.

    Since they are in your office ( and you work long hours) I would suggest doing the best you can to provide a consistent period of complete darkness for the longest period possible. You don't want to cover the tanks. You could begin by turning as many lights off as possible except for your desk .....after dark. This will at least get things going. Same for the morning. Go backwards. Turn lights back on slowly saving the tank lights until last.
