Hello and welcome to FF! Your frog is stressed in a too large enclosure. Please read this article and follow it's recommendations: Frog Forum - Pacman and Horned Frogs - Ceratophrys - Care and Breeding . A 2 in. Pacman will do OK in a small plastic keeper like a medium ExoTerra Breeding Box. Around an inch of substrate, water dish filled with dechlorinated tap to frogs chin depth and a small soft silk type plant is all you need in there. Can place the whole plastic box inside the 10 gallon to help keep humidity and temperature levels. Once frog reaches around 3.5 in. you can release in the 10G.

Mealies and superworms are not good staple food. Night Crawlers (un-dyed at Walmarts Sports section or bait shops) cut from pointy end to same size as frog or insects (gut loaded crickets or dubias) same size as distance between frogs eyes are better foods. Dust food with CA/D3 2X and vitamins 1X weekly on different days with skip day in between.

If you want more detailed recommendations please answer following questions. Good luck !
