White Lipped Tree Frog Lump on Abdomen

Does anyone know what might be causing this lump/swelling on our white lipped tree frog's abdomen? The area near her front leg (rt side in picture) is also swelled. She is moving around her enclosure but has not eaten for 4-5 days. We've had her for 3 years and always very healthy and good eater. Any help is appreciated!

Hello and welcome to FF! Sorry your frog is not well and do recommend take it to a local veterinary with reptile/amphib experience ASAP. Frog will probably need a surgical procedure and/or strong antibiotics. Good luck !
