Looks fine to me. Some people dust with calcium+d3 4 times a week but I don't think that's necessary.

Just make sure not to overdust. That can lead to you toxing out your frog.

    Default Cricket Dusting?

Can I dust Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday? Or does it have to be spaced farther apart? Also how long do I have to keep dusting like this?

I do Monday Tuesday Wednesday calcium days and Friday vitamins for my baby. I just sprinkle some on a paper towel and and cover about half of the prey item. I don't put a thick layer of dust either. I dust the side of the prey item thats the last part to go into the frogs mouth because my frog doesn't like dust.

Ideally, it should be ever other feeding. This will keep it from building up too much in their system. A young frog should be offered food every day, so the calcium works out to three times a week. An example schedule would be: calcium on Monday, Wednesday, Friday; Vitamin on Saturday; and plain food the other days. When the reach maturity, their appetite will slow down and dusting can be reduced to once or twice a week depending on how much they eat.

These guys need a lot of calcium to grow properly. Since they will do the majority of their growth in the first couple of months, this is the most critical time to ensure that they receive proper nutrition and supplementation.

For crickets, I break the hind legs off then drop them in a bag with a little calcium in it. Shake and bake method - gently shake the bag to dust the crickets, then tong feed. For worms, I put some calcium in a little dish and dip half the worm in it. Then I offer the undusted end to the frog.
