    Default Temperature question

I got this new digital thermometer where the thermometer Is actually placed down in the soil and fed up by a wire too the thermometer where it shows the temperature. its reading ranges from 78-81 degrees. I only have a white day light on. then I have another thermometer on the side a little above the soil (one of those strip ones) that ranges from 81-83 degrees. do you believe this is the perfect day time temperatures? humidity ranges from 65-70. Thanks

Temps are good, but humidity needs to be 70% to 80%.

The soil isn't supposed to be very warm. The burrow to thermoregulate. When they get too hot they either get in the water dish or burrow down.
