Adding a picture to my profile

How the heck do I do this? I know how to add photos and albums, but I want a picture by my name for my posts. Cannot figure it out, for the life of me.

Go to the top right where it says "settings" then to your left you should see "edit avatar" click it then either ad a pic by url or from your computer. Depending on the size of your pic, you may wanna crop it or the system will not allow it.
