I looked in my toads cage this morning and saw that in her water bowl there was this see through stuff with black dots on it. First I was like: "Lola laid eggs!" Then I was like, "They won't hatch, no male to fertilize them." So I decided to pick it up and it wasn't gooey, and it wasn't eggs because it wasn't stringy. Was it just her skin that she shed? And if it was, why didn't she eat it?

I can't. I poured it down the drain with her water because I needed to change it. I looked up pictures of shedded toad skin and it looked similar to what I found
