    Default Irish Moss for toad

I got some new Irish Moss from a flower store for my toad's cage. But apparently they're sprayed with miracle grow. Should I just quarantine the plant for a week before I put it in my toad cage?

Anything you get from a non-amphibian/reptile store should be treated as being a threat to the health of your animal. Wash off all the dirt and the plant with rain water or toad-safe water several times before placing it in the toad viv. Remember that Lola is most likely to dig it up, it's a toad thing.

A little or even alot of thick moss can't stop a toad, you just wait and see.

Someone needs to make one of those inspirational posters of a toad saying "Perseverance, nothing stops toads from burrowing."
