8x8x8 inch terrarium fit for a single frog?

I've recently acquired a very cheap, albeit small, vivarium.

I was wondering if I could house a single (or perhaps max. two) small dart frogs. I'm not the one to cramp animals in small spaces, but they are very small frogs and most of the are territorial.

If this is too small for most frogs, are there any that would live comfortably here for a year? I was, naturally, going to get a single Dendrobates Azureus.

Also, what would happen if I did indeed, regardless of whatever is said here, put a frog in this small vivarium? How bad would it affect the frog?

In my experience, a 12x12x12 vivarium would be fine for dart frogs. If you had something like a red eye or white tree frog, I would say get something a little bit taller, since they like to be high. But this is not as necessary for darts. Your enclosure should be fine! Just make sure that you don't overheat it, and keep a close eye to make sure they are both getting food as necessary. I had a thumbnail dart in an 8x8x8 and it was fine. Very tight quarters. Now I am looking for a mate for him and upgrading to a 18x18x24. Was thinking about the 12x12 but got such a good deal on this used exo terra I could not pass it up.
