Hi, all.
Let me explain my current situation and then my question.
See, I have a VERY large and naturally renewable quantity of (Canadian (Lumbricus terrestris), W/C from an additive/pesticide free compost) nightcrawlers at my disposal, and I typically feed my American bullfrog 1-3 every feeding, with 5-10 crickets. Now, my big bullfrog, Gnag, has a voracious appetite, and my Green frog (Rana Clamitans) will not eat earthworms. However, the latter is also a big eater, and I find myself nearly running out of crickets every so often because of this. So, I'm curious:
Could I feed my young, adult (3.5 inch Snout-Vent) American bullfrog a diet more so consisted (2/3 or 3/4) of Nightcrawlers than crickets, with 3-5 dusted crickets dusted with a Calcium + Vitamin D3 mix every other feeding, and a Multi-vitamin dust on the crickets once a week?
Thanks,
Caspian

Nightcrawlers are probably the most nutritious for your frogs, the ones i find for
my toads are almost always european ones in the forests nearby. Crickets are
basically a head and stomach and dont have much nutrition, but calcium
dusting will help add more nutrients into the crickets, i use calcium gut load
for my colony at home

Thanks for the reply,
Yeah, but what I'm saying is: Would it be a sufficient diet to give Gnag a diet mostly consisted of earthworms, with a few dusted crickets weekly, instead of a diet mostly consisted of crickets regularly dusted with 1-3 earthworms?
