Newbie.....what kind of frog is this?

I'm new to the site. I found this frog in my back yard. Can anyone tell me what kind it is? It appears to be very smart and actually turns it's head to look at me.

It's a gray treefrog, either Hyla versicolor or Hyla chrysoscelis (they are visually indistinguishable). You can learn more about them here- Frog Forum - Gray Tree Frog Care and Breeding
