I would like to purchase a book on different frog species with a photo of each type that a beginner would understand. Any recommendations?
There is a great photo book out there called "The World's Most Spectacular Reptiles and Amphibians" It has many spectacular photos of frogs, some you may know and some you may not. I got a copy some years ago when I first became serious about herps and I was blown away. I was in awe of some of what I saw in there, then discovered I could actually aquire some of them. First time I ever saw a clown treefrog or red-spotted treefrog or Amazon leaf frog was in its pages. It is not a book about keeping frogs or any other type of herp, but a showcase for many awesome species.

Thx for the link Kurt, I'll add that to my wish list. Noticed a "similar item" link on the sidebar for "300 Frogs" book that looks promising, too.
