What type of success rate have you had? I get a dozen or so every year but once they start sprouting out legs they usually die.
I haven't had any problems raising them. All the albinos that died with me were with crazy accidents. If they morph out quickly and small they're a lot harder to get going, in my experience.
Thank you very much, I have only been able to raise 6 out of 40 (more or less) in several yrs , they seem to develop back legs but never front and they die. Perhaps the parent albino gene in my area is defective .I now separated the 6 of them I got this year and other than food, keeping this water spotless. I have an albino green treefrog male that hangs out in the yard area but sadly have never gotten GTF albino tads , those I would love.
