what size of insect? and what kind of insect? the picture above - does it reflect the size of insect in comparison to the frog?

where are your gauges and what kind are you using?
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!

Sounds like force-feeding is necessary for right now, but if he continues to be a difficult eater, this is something I have found worked on my frog when she had some long-term issues and wasn't eating well, but wasn't bad enough to need force-feeding.
If you get a nightcrawler (cut to the right size) and rub it with light pressure on the frog's lips for a minute, it will often snap out of anger and once it gets started on the worm it will usually finish it. This works good if a frog is unwell for longer periods of time, as it causes less stress than actually force-feeding.

The hopper in the pic is not the size i normally feed him it was the largest in the box.
The dubia and hoppers i tried to feed to him were roughly 1-2cm in length (not longer than the space between hes eyes)

I use a digital termo/hygrometer (TRIXIE Heimtierbedarf GmbH & Co. KG) and the sensors are located in the bottom side of the tank .

The bath is now over, and i tried to feed him, he still rejected it, so i forcefed him again. This time the forcefeeding went alot easyer than the first time.
